Free beers, Microsoft
Hi all,
I know this is short notice but there's a chance to meet up, with some free beers, on Wednesday (17th December) at the Red Bull (11 Barton Road, Cambridge, CB3 9JZ) between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.
A guy from Microsoft, Lars Lindstedt, is visiting the area and will be there.
Lars is keen to meet with key influencers in the Cambridge region to identify future opportunities for engagement and discuss Microsoft’s new BizSpark programme, amongst other topics. Lars is keen to understand how the Microsoft Emerging Business Programme can reach entrepreneurs in the East of England to highlight what they can offer to software startups.
Lars heads up the UK Software Economy, Academic, and Emerging Business programmes at Microsoft, focusing on how software delivers responsible economic growth and the factors that accelerate that growth, such as skills, innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment.
